    I have known Geordie Grieve for over 10 years. In late 2008 I decided to have fairly significant non-structural renovations carried out on my home for the first time in some 20+ years. This included, but wasn’t limited to completely stripping and redecorating / replacing the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry etc. There was also some exterior work which included replacing pathways and retaining walls that was also undertaken by GG Builders. 

    The work was carried out over several months whilst my family and I continued to live in our home. He listened carefully to my requirements and then often made suggestions for changes as the work progressed. I particularly appreciated this from Geordie because I have non-existent DIY capabilities and in every instance where he made suggestions, I accepted them and then found that the end outcomes, due to the changes suggested by him, were far better than what I had originally envisaged. 

    Geordie and his team completed all of the work to my entire satisfaction and at what I believe was a fair price. They also made a considerable effort to minimise the disruption to us whilst we lived there and did his best to get the work completed as quickly as was practically possible.  
     
    Although I haven’t undertaken anything on the scale that I did in 2008, since then whenever issues relating to my home have arisen I have always called upon Geordie’s help. Geordie is an honest, reliable and very competent builder who is thoughtful and considerate towards his customers. In addition to Geordie’s undoubted skill as a builder he is also very easy to interact with. 
     
    I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending GG Builders as an excellent builder for new house builds and / or house renovations, to whomever this may concern. If required, with Geordie’s agreement, I would also be quite happy to provide a verbal reference.
